We are informing you about the delivery of WEi 2nd Mini ALBUM [IDENTITY: Challenge] VIDEO CALL FANSIGN event.

Please be sure to check the following information.

1) Event Winners

- The product will be delivered after the video call fan signing.

- The delivery may take 3~7 days from the end of the video call fan signing event.

-In the case of multiple order numbers, in addition to one order that includes an autographed album, the remaining orders may be sent first.

2) Event Non-Winners

- The start delivery of albums may take approximately 7 days from the announcement date of the winner.

- If there are more than 7 albums or multiple order numbers, it can be delivered in several boxes.

* Orders within 10/FEB (Wed) 12:00 ~ 24/FEB (Wed) 20:00 : Will be shipped after 2/MAR (Tue).

* Orders within 27-FEB (Sat) 12:00 ~ 2/MAR (Tue) 20:00 : Will be shipped after 5/MAR (Fri).
