※ Due to COVID-19, some countries have stopped shipping. Please check the notice board for the countries that can be shipped.
※ Due to shipping fee and customs clearance issues, there may be a limit to the quantity of purchases made overseas.
※ Please understand that overseas delivery may be delayed due to COVID-19.
Please enter Personal Customs Code for Taiwan, China, Brazil, Indonesia, UK and EU.
Other countries are not required, so please enter just one number.
Please note that delivery is not possible without the number due to the overseas delivery policy.

- Pre-order period : 2021.10.29 (Fri) 18:00 PM ~ 2021.12.03 (Fri) 20:00 PM (KST)
- Delivery schedule : It will be shipped after 15/DEC. (KST)
- For virtual payments, you must complete the payment (deposit) within 'one day' of the order.
In particular, for pre-order products, please note that you must complete the payment (deposit) within the pre-order period to receive the products,
and we inform you that the payment(deposit) after the period is automatically canceled.
- We inform you in advance that the delivery may take 3 to 14 days depending on the location and the courier's situation.
For overseas addresses, it may take a little longer.
- When a pre-order product is ordered with a product other than a pre-order,
it will be shipped together according to the pre-order shipment date. Please refer to it when purchasing.
- The product may be out of stock even during the pre-order period.
- The image of the product is intended to help purchase, and the actual product and composition may vary.
- Please understand that this product is custom-made and cannot be canceled or refunded.
[Order and Payment Related]
- We do not have a combined shipment, and it will be delivered in one box per order.
Therefore, there will be a shipping charge for each order, so please refer to it when ordering.
(If the order quantity is more than 10, it can be delivered in two or more boxes.)
- Please make sure to check if the order has been completed and the payment has been completed.
If the order status is 'Preparing' then the order and payment are good. :-)
- For virtual payments, please note that it may take 1 minute to 1 hour for the system to confirm the deposit.
- Request to change the shipping address : Unable to change after order status has been changed to 'Preparing for Delivery'.

- In case of PayPal/Alipay, we will cancel payment authorization.
PayPal or Alipay will be refunded on its own, and the actual refund may take several business days.
